Penguins are often considered as the signature species of Antarctica. 17 species of penguins are found worldwide, however, only 7 can be considered truly Antarctica penguins. These are Adélies, Kings, Chinstraps, Emperors, Gentoos, Macaroni, and Rockhoppers.
